Dosage

Apply to soft skin areas twice a day for 1st month. Thereafter once a day from Mon-Fri if menopausal & from day 12-26 of menstrual cycle if still menstruating.

Ailments

Progesterone deficiency, hot flushes, depression, menstrual regulation, osteoporosis, menopause, dysmenorrhoea, endometriosis, fibroids, hair loss and alopecia, and hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid).
