Frangula Bark: The dried and aged bark is the part used in herbal medicine, primarily as a laxative.

Rhubarb root: Rhubarb is used primarily for digestive complaints including constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, stomach pain, gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding, and preparation for certain GI diagnostic procedures.
